The 1000 - http://www.climbforlife.it/en/

Inspired by this (http://www.climbforlife.it/en/), I decided it was a good time for me to try for the 1000 pull up challenge as it seems like a great cause and the timing was right for me to try and complete such a great psychological challenge. It took me around 10 hours with 200 visits to the ledge with short sets of 5... Not the cleanest pull ups I have ever done but certainly the meanest!

A great challenge for all when you are looking to build some psychological strength as well as bigger arms! It's not easy but felt great pulling up for that big number 1000! Try it!

Referrals from clients:

"...This training season I decided to get all the help I can to speed up my improvement. I needed guidance to work towards my goals in long term. I also needed more vision and opinions about my exercises and weak links. I am glad I can share my training with Mark..." (Ville Mustonen, Finland)

" I met Mark in Glen Nevis on his return to climbing to check out some lines he had in mind for me, I wasn't really training at this point but after a day or two talking and training with him I had a much more structured idea of what to do to improve and I did" (Kev Shields)
