We are now canvasing for 5 UK climbers for our November Team for our online training programme. The programme costs 200.00 GBP and runs for a period of 4 months begining mid November.

You will recieve a 4 month online programme containing the following:
  • access to online training data during the programme period
  • bespoke online DF program based on profile
  • online coaching support to monitor progress or discuss issues during  the 4 months

With this training programme, the main ingredients for success are your comitment and online support to help you through the good and bad times of the programme period and help you manage the changes needed to successfully taper to a peak.
Success is obviously never guaranteed but our success lies in the support  and focus that is generated by havng the mutually shared online programme between client and coach.

For specific route projects such as red pointing of your project, Mark is available for 1:1 coaching sessions in Scotland, Spain by specific arrangement and the Ariege, Pyrenees (where we will also be offering the team special rates on coaching trips in the Ariege with ReAch and Base Calames),

Referrals from clients:

"...This training season I decided to get all the help I can to speed up my improvement. I needed guidance to work towards my goals in long term. I also needed more vision and opinions about my exercises and weak links. I am glad I can share my training with Mark..." (Ville Mustonen, Finland)

" I met Mark in Glen Nevis on his return to climbing to check out some lines he had in mind for me, I wasn't really training at this point but after a day or two talking and training with him I had a much more structured idea of what to do to improve and I did" (Kev Shields)
